God is not a man

The link between Christianity's man-god Jesus and the pagan Greek cult of the man-god Dionysus was the hellenized Jews of Syria and Palestine. The process of Hellenization or believing and practicing pagan Greek culture, language, practices and religion extended even to Jerusalem and was practiced by the upper class, scholars and even the High Priests! The pious Jews retained their belief in the One God of Abraham, spoke Aramaic, read the Torah and practiced the traditions passed down by their believing ancestors. The Maccabean revolt as related in the Old Testament tell us that even before the time of Christ, there were hypocritical Jews named Jesus and believed in a man-god. God did not become a man for the Greeks, the Romans or the Europeans. The Bible teaches that Almighty God is one. Yet those following the pagan Greek traditions want to eat pigs, worship a man-god and claim God begot a son and took on bodily form of a bird. To learn more, download the eBook!
